At ClearScore, we make sure we look after our team, giving them space to prioritise their wellbeing and work on their personal development. From an in-office library to mental health resources and a personal training budget, we give our people the things they need—both professionally and personally.
I wanted to make sure that people could bring their whole selves to work.

I know the strain that a working environment can put on a person, so when I founded ClearScore, I wanted to make sure that people could bring their whole selves to work. Nobody leaves their home life at the door when they step into the office—it's our uniqueness that drives us and contributes to the passion behind work that we do.

Mental and physical health have never been a tick-box exercise for us—they’re part of our DNA. Our leaders are committed to an open dialogue around wellbeing, making sure it’s a priority for the business. We provide a range of classes, mental health resources, and have a trained group of Mental Health Ambassadors on hand to support the team.

If you can't find someone at their desk, they're probably running around the park or on the sofas playing board games – we encourage our team to look after themselves and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Throughout the working week, we have a range of clubs and societies on offer at lunchtime and after hours - in person and on Zoom. We currently have around 15 clubs – here are a few of them:
