Promoter

The promoter of this offer is Nedbank Limited ('Promoter').

Offer period

The offer will start on 1 June 2020 and end on 31 August 2020. (the 'Offer Period').

Who is eligible to enter the offer

Participants ('Qualifying Participants') must:

• be 18 years or older;
• be a South African resident; and
• open a new, Nedbank Greenbacks gold or platinum credit card, an American Express Gold Charge Card, or an American Express Platinum Charge Card during the Offer Period, through the ClearScore website on www.clearscore.com and enrol in the Rewards Program associated with the card;

• As part of the account opening process, the client must enrol in the respective rewards program at R23 per month for the Nedbank Greenbacks Rewards Program and R24 per month for the Membership Rewards Program®.

The Offer

The first 350 clients per month during the offer period to successfully apply for the products mentioned above, get approved, and spend a minimum of R1000 (eligible spend*) in the first month of opening the account will get a bonus of 10 000 (ten thousand points).

Selection of the offer recipients

• The first 350 successful applicants per month during the offer period, that have successfully opened the account, joined the rewards programme, and spent the minimum amount will be credited with 10 000 points in the month after the account has been opened.
• Clients that have qualified for the bonus points offer will be informed via SMS that their rewards accounts have been credited with the points.

How to qualify

• Clients must open a new, Nedbank Greenbacks credit card, an American Express Gold Charge Card, or an American Express Platinum Charge Card during the Offer Period through the ClearScore website on www.clearscore.com and meet the spend thresholds.
• The Promoter of this offer will credit the prize winners' rewards accounts with 10 000 (ten thousand points) in the month after the account has been opened, and the spend criteria has been met.

* Only eligible spend will make up the R1000. 'Eligible spend' means all spend, excluding cash withdrawals, casino chip purchases, finance or other card charges, fees or taxes levied by us or the government, purchases of travellers cheques or other negotiable instruments, garage card transactions, budget account instalments and interest thereon, insurance premiums and internet transfers or payments on the prize winners' aforesaid accounts.

General

• All information relating to this offer and published on any promotional material will form part of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter, its associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors assume no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant's participation in the offer or for any loss or damage.
• The Promoter may request offer recipients (at no fee) to consent in writing to endorse, promote and/or advertise any service of the Promoter. The offer recipients may decline this request.
